From the founder of Pratt Standard
I spent ten years making cocktail syrups for bars, stadiums and home bartenders, and teaching people how a great drink works. These books are everything I learned, written for your kitchen and your bar.

The one-page formula I used to build every Pratt Standard syrup. Sugar, liquid, flavor and acid, and which method to use for what.
About
I founded Pratt Standard Cocktail Co. in Washington, DC, and made craft cocktail syrups for Whole Foods, Nationals Park, Capital One Arena and hundreds of bars and shops across the country.
Along the way I taught more than 20,000 home bartenders and over 1,000 working bartenders in classes. Pratt Standard closed in 2025, and these books are how the recipes and the teaching keep going.
